just like the other song, i really enjoyed this one. somehow, this and the sanny song don't seem to have any low end. it's sad since the songs are pretty well done. try to get more full sounding drum samples (or find a way to not cut out the low end)

Ultramartyr responds:

i'm really not hearing any lack of low end on this one. not sure what you're using to listen to these but maybe that's the problem? i appreciate the reviews though.

the guitars sound very nice. overall, the song needs more low end and a change in rhythm for the drums. gets very repetitive already after the first ~30 seconds. also, try to find drum samples that sound fuller. in terms of having more low end and a higher quality (the high end seems to be cut off).

other than that, i really enjoyed it.

Ultramartyr responds:

the drum pattern is ripped directly from the original composition, i didn't want to change it. yeah the mixing isn't perfect on this one, but if you listen to my original upload it's a huge step up.

your japanese sounds awesome. haha

also, i still love your voice impressions.

Thank you my friend!!!!!!!!!!

solid song. nice feel to it. i only think ou should turn down the peak of the kick drum and add more punch (mids and tail) to it, and maybe use some more mid-centered synths (in terms of frequency range) for the drop to fill it more, feequency wise. also, tey adding some cymbals. they'd add even more flow :D

EruptionMusic responds:

thank youuu<3

i really like this. i used to work with garageband too, before i switched over to fl studio.
i don't think garageband is bad, it's just the limitations it forces on you. e.g. no means of compression, EQing or editing ASDR envelopes manually. which are the only things i'd criticise for this song, but since these weren't applied due to the software's limitations, it won't change mybratung of this work. nice job!

JessieYun responds:

Hello dreamless,

Thank you very much for the comment. Glad you liked the track!

nice tune! pretty funky, i really like it! feels good to see a catchy song on here every now and then :D
the only things i'd look into would be:
- you have a beat with swing. apply that to chords and melody as well!
- add a few more changes very four or eight bars to keep the listener interested
- add a bit of sidechaining for the drums

Engin3music responds:

hello there! thank you for your feedback! i only made this for fun so writing an entire mega-melody was not on my mind at the time. i understand what you mean about the swing. and there is sidechain in this song, i just suck ass at sidechaining.

i will certainly keep your feedback in mind when i am working on my next melodic track. thank you so much for this feedback! and thanks for listening!

solid song with good structure. if you want to improve this, i'll leave some critique in the following:
- try making the drums tighter, especially the kick. maybe apply a transient processor to help accentuate the peak rather than the tail
- the compression is very harsh. try turning down the preamp and make the compression ratio a bit gentler
- the crash or fx at 2:00 is a little too loud. probably also because of the compression
- the tone at 2:45 does not fit at all. pitch it a little to match the key of the song
- work on the transitions when changing tension (is also linked to the compression)

Astedroid responds:

Jokes on you, that time me didn't know a fuck about how to fix stuff lol

i like this so much :D

just try to get the fx samples in a but better audio quality, the mix xlipping and like i said, try not to cut the reverb off :3

if you need some electronic music or similar some time, contact me (or listen through my profile) :3
i'm grateful to accept requests, even for free, just as a way of getting into requested music in general.

iamsteve responds:

Thanks again, dreamlesss! Appreciate the feedback as always. I will check out your material and let you know if I need anything for future projects. PM me for anything.

nice song :3

for the future, you should try getting away from presets, at least modding them in such a way so you can't directly hear they are the "chip" arp from harmor or the basic sound of the dx12 :D
also, you shouldnt slam a limiter on the master track, inbstead, watch some videos on how to master corretly.
for the samples, i recommend you would get more samplepacks online (a few gigabytes should be enough) in order to find the perfect kick/snare/clap etc for your song. or you can layer and edit them.

ZhackM responds:

Thank you so much, I know I'm a beginner but I will try to do my best. And thanks for the advices.

throwing a flanger and/or phaser on the master track and using a beat repeat from time to time isn't exactly a remix..?

Ian-Manuel responds:

Sorry my mistake
